Scene 1 (News Scene):

Pros: Nice voice acting work, along with the moving background and text below. The lip sync being frame by frame animated sure was nice.
Cons: Drew's body could've used a little more FBF.

Scene 2 (From after the news scene to the Wizard Scene):

Pros: The body and face movement of Phillip was excellent, along with Drake's FBF movement. Sir Hal's and Skeleton King's voices were awesome as well. Nice transportation scenes, along with the

Wizard scene.
Cons: Drake kind of stopped walking when it faded out, and he could've sighed before he said "Phil, I have these two friends," and the Transport-O-Matic should've had a crash sound.

Scene 3 (Everything after the Wizard scene):

Pros: This scene is mostly rushed, so not a lot of Pros for this scene. Nice music, along with Rachel getting up from the bed. Nice turn inbetweens for Rachel and Rory, I'm assuming those

inbetweens were the front of those two then?
Cons: I'm sorry, but this scene is obviously rushed. Not enough inbetweens, like Rory slightly getting up from the bed and Drake's eyes looking at Rory. Rachel at some times never fully closed her

mouth, and as for that Prince Albert scene, Prince Albert had some wrong coloring and looked slightly different. The walls were also the wrong color. King William should've had some lines too.

Overall, this episode is better than AV43, but almost as rushed as that episode.

yeah, i agree with everything you just said, especially about scene 3 being rushed, that's true. i'm gonna take a short break from adrellia village so i don't get "burned out" - that way, episode 46 turns out much better than this episode

SPOILERS!

Scene 1 (the beginning up to the black and white scene):

Pros: The walking animation is good. Nice arm movement, especially the easing. Nice tank drawing. The walking animation in the beginning was excellent. Great backgrounds too. The bacon bag and the bear's voice was nice. As for the black and white scene, awesome drawings, music and videos.

Cons: There are no cons for the King William video. But, for the scene before the video, Angus should have completely turned to the bear. The bear could have also stopped in front of them the second time instead of passing them completely. The bag of bacon was too small.

Scene 2 (from the scene after the black and white video to the scene before the hotel scene):

Pros: Nice music choices, and nice arm movement as well. The voice actors did a good job with this scene, and great backgrounds.

Cons: Rachel should've walked up to Drake, not continue walking. Rachel should have also been in front of the portal to the World of Destiny (the rainbow circle).

Scene 3 (the hotel scene and after):

Pros: The reporter's voice was awesome, and so was the window stock footage. Nice music choices as well. Drake and voice actors did a great job on this scene.

Cons: None.

Adrellia Village #42: SE

To make it more organized, I'll be doing seperate reviews for each scene.

Preloader Image: Nicely done Mabelma, although you forgot the shield for Drake's shirt.

AV42 Menu: Nicely done Misty, so far so good.

Recap: I liked the third choice better (and the fourth, but the second was the worst), but majority wins. Nice recap too.

SPOILER ALERT!

Scene 1 (from the scene after the recap to the scene right before the newspaper scene)

Pros: Nice art and backgrounds. Voices are great, especially when Rory was mocking King William.
Cons: When Rory is mocking King William, there could've been inbetweens for the eyes and arms. This episode could benefit from less MSPaint Drawings. When Rory said stay here, it could've skipped to the castle scene immediately. And the text's shadow reflection when it says Trellutor and some other text doesn't touch each other. In one part in which Drake and Rachel are seen walking in the night (one of the image previews you gave us co-authors) a random black moving line is there. What is that supposed to be? Drake's mouth should've moved when he said, it.

Scene 2 (from the newspaper scene to the scene in which the advisor is holding the jar of beetles)

Pros: I see King William has a new voice, it's great. Thanks for using my toaster! The newspaper scene was cool, thanks for using part of my newspaper as well! The beetles joke was funny. The missing golden toilet part was cool too with excellent sound effects! mean to hurt feelings, but I found the water drop sound effect. just one way of being a good assistant.

Cons: How come the AV39 footage was video? I thought that was awful. Advisor was blue instead of yellow with a shield on it, and people'd be wondering who was that blue person (in AV39 that was the advisor, and the yellow person was Alan. Alan is still yellow, but in AV42, the advisor now has a yellow shirt with a shield on it). Some people could've frowned after booing. Finally for this scene, I didn't like the cut from when King William says he has to raise their taxes to when he said 90% tax. Otherwise, this scene is one of the best scenes in this episode.

Scene 3 (from the scene in which actual beetles are on King William's laps to the scene right before the castle shows)

Pros: The beetles joke, Firefox and Google joke were funny. I'm a Loser playing while King William thought he was a loser was funny too. The 2 results (How to be funny on Newgrounds and something about Flowers) being replaced with No Results found was much better. The great ruler (actual ruler book) book was hilarious as well (better than a filthy man who was originally there before being replaced by a bent up actual ruler).

Cons: Beetles should've been moving more, as only one barely moved. When the advisor turns on the radio, it should've had a click sound. There should be some type of chiptune music when the advisor rushes to the internet. Fire animation could've been better for Firefox. Books could've been zoomed in and slightly tilted. King William shouldn't have been looking at the viewer saying this doesn't help. The Alex book quickly changes to a different version of the book. You might want to look into changing this. When King William is staring at the ice cream, music should've played.

Scene 4 (from the scene in which the castle cuts to the diner to the TV scene)

Pros: The Alan voice was awesome, and Christina's voice too. Thanks for using most of my Game SFX! Nice job on making the crown given to Prince Albert a toy crown to fix a continuity error. Nice inbetweens by the way for Advisor (in the Prince Albert scene). That's it for here.

Cons: When King William says "wildest creatures" and this picture comes up, it should've covered up the whole screen. The first time the TV appears for showing video games it has no flickering effect from the screen. That's it for here.

Scene 5 (from the scene in which Prince Albert says his fake statement, goes on for the rest of the episode)

Pros: Nothing much to say here since this scene is pretty short, thanks for fixing it by the way. Nice animation, although I can't say much since only done the parts after the Prince Albert on TV part.

Cons: None.

Thank you very much for taking your time to review this. I appreciate that you took the time to individually list out all of the animation errors and how they could be better, I'll try to make the future episodes more visually appealing. The reason all of the footage from AV 39 was a video was because AV 39 has a huge .fla file, so trying to copy and paste the animation from AV 39 into this episode might cause memory errors. Thanks again.

Is the Hollywood or first Sports loop you made here coming here? This loop is great by the way as well as the style.

Playback - Part 1

I would just like to say thank you very much for letting me work on this project. The animation was your best yet, had completely full animation in every scene, unlike Kingdom Farts, although that was good too along with Adrellia Village #39, in which I also worked on, only that time it was shorter and I was co-authored, but I have no problem not being co-authored here.

First off, the voices are awesome, especially Foster Dad's. It was hilarious, unlike my animations, which are totally unfunny to be honest. Some might be decently funny though. I definitely learned some animation from this project too, some techniques from this project I used in one of my upcoming projects that will come sometime in Early February to Early March. Jokes include fruit being the Clock Crew, and etc.

I also started to do a whole lot less tweens ever since I worked on this project (projects like Bagel Virus had some animation inspired from this project, other projects may have mostly tweening though, like Webdings for example). Apparently inbetweening is a whole lot more fun than tweening, unless it was camera movements or something.

Here's a few tips though. Maybe for some of your walk cycles like Foster Dad walking into Joe's room during the One Direction scene could've had arm movement. Same to when the principal let's Foster Dad and Joe talk to each other. But Joe's walk cycle was awesome. Too bad December 22nd to the 24th work was lost during that time, but you either made it up or will make it up I suppose.
In addition, wasn't Old Joe from The Bird, or was Old Joe similar to the old man in The Bird. Nice Good Day Sunshine credits as well. I didn't like what Young Joe said after he said he was Tom Hanks. I thought that was unnecessary and too rude. Production music was also nice. I can tell that some parts were rushed though, like the second time Young went to Old, then Young, then Old, then Young, and almost all the Foster Mom parts. Also, there was nothing on the chalkboard. Did you make that intentional or accidentally? Nice classmate voice too.

thanks for the review. yes, there were similarities to the old man in The Bird, to answer your question. the chalkboard thing was intentional. in the beginning she writes something but after that her hand slowly glides even though she's not writing anything.
